We are based in the beautiful sacred landscape of the Salisbury Plain, UK. All orders are picked and packed with care and dispatched within 1-3 working days of orders being received. All UK orders should be delivered absolutely within 15 working days, after dispatch. If you have not received your order within this time please contact us.
We post internationally, all postal charges are calculated using Royal mail and parcel force UK and international postal rates. Shipping times vary, depending on the option that you choose, as well as the value and weight of your order and the various options will be available upon checkout. The shipping on the website is automated, if you have an issue with it please do contact us and we will look after you. Any overcharging of shipping fees will be refunded to the payment method supplied.

Should you be unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund within 30 working days of receipt.
We have a green policy and aim to use as little plastic as possible. We reuse and recommend recycling all of the packing that our products are delivered in. If you would like to ensure that no reused packaging is used when we pack your order please get in contact or leave a note when you make your order.
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. At busy times this may be slightly longer.
